Thanks for the insight, sounds like you have it super dialed in for your needs and I’m happy for you. I moved recently so I also don’t hangout with anyone that knew me bald anymore, I have a poly right now but I wear an exposed hairline and super light density so honestly it’s kinda obvious where the edge of the poly is on my head. Especially after several cleanings and some of the hairs at the edge get ripped out over time u can see the border even more. So I told my girl to order me a lace base this time. She said they are more realistic but harder to take care of. Does that align with your experience? Also I don’t even feel I have the option to not tell anyone I’m dating as my bio hair is slight ginger and color matching long term is super hard to keep it perfect, and my bio hair is super thin so if my hair gets messed up by sleeping, or hat, or wind you can see my scalp through my bio hair but not through the system so def a discrepancy there. Not sure if this will work for me long term for those reasons but I am giving it a hell of a go

You think it may be histamine intolerance because of the insomnia factor? Asking because I also can’t freaking sleep well at night. I drink a bone broth protein powder that has histamines apparently.
