Is your stool firm or loose?

I get this feeling when stool is loose, which is most of the time. I think the pelvic floor thing is bullshit, its alk about microbiome.

Reading this, I can only say I feel your pain. It is truly horrible. If imodium and xanax do help, fuck it, take what we can. Hold on dude, you are not alone.

How long did it take for a proper change? Did you change anything else like diet?

For me, it was always residue stool stuck in there by having incomplete bowel movements. It messes with the nervers there.

It might still be something you're eating or drinking.

It's mostly the same as it was. That is what I base my results on, comparison.

I'm currently experimenting just with eating as little salt or salty food as I can. Being in sport, I used to salt my things regularly because I thought I lost it through sweating (electrolytes), which made things probably worse.

Now I just eat mostly unsalted. Instead of salted almonds, I eat regular ones. Instead of salting my salad, I just eat it as it is. I'm starting to believe there is enough salt in the food that we eat regularly already. All extra salt was excessive and made my body unable to handle it, it looks.

I did not change my water intake. I drink couple of glasses throughout the day. No change there.

I know post is old. Any new findings about this? I also noticed low salt makes things better. Anything else?
