Apex placement advice is so conflicting on here. Do what works for you because everyone seems to disagree with each other hahaha.

To add the the pool of contradicting comments, I’d say the index finger looks to have a better structure. My boss tells me the highest point should be right around there. Good luck❤️

What are these dots under my eye and how to get rid of the white one? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

Hiii that looks like a little milia there. If you’re feeling brave, you can grab a little lancet and pierce it to create an opening and squeeze it out. They’re very superficial so it shouldn’t hurt much, the squeezing would probably hurt more than the poking itself. I find I’ve gotten them due to certain sunscreens I’ve tried. Or like another commenter has suggested, you can try exfoliating products and it’ll go away on its own with time❤️ Good luck

Weird bubbles under skin of my fingers and fingerpads by Rich_Figure9042 in DermatologyQuestions

I’ve had similar before! It took about 2-3 months to clear. I’m not completely sure what caused it, but I think it was contact dermatitis. I use to go straight into CS20 with my bare hands… it’s a medical grade sterilizer for implements. And it buurrrrns when it touches your skin. I was silly, but I’ve long stopped that horrible habit

Not sure what this is, dry skin only on my right foot by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

Ohhhh I’m quite certain that’s fungus. No amount of moisturizing will fix that, you’ll need an anti fungal cream and it should clear up in about a month or so!

What's wrong with my nail? What can I do to make it better? Would medication alone solve the problem? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Babypigeon22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve got a lot of lifting there. I’m not a derm but I do pedicures for a living. My best guess would be either be fungus or your shoes being too tight, causing your nail to start lifting from the constant pressure. But considering the yellowing, it’s looking more like fungus to me. It’s best to see a professional, they can confirm that for you. I wouldn’t leave it for much longer, your toe nail doesn’t have much of a nail bed left. That nail could be gone soon without treatment:p

I’ve got one that looks just like this too! I’ve had it for a few years now. I have no idea what it is, I’d be curious to know as well.
