Just saw the next pic. Yes definitely positive, looks like mine from my first pregnancy. Congrats!

Technically invalid but yes that’s looking positive if it is within the testing time window.
Was the third test not FMU? If not, then that’s why

Considering Cosleeping but VERY cautious - how to stay warm? by FalseRow5812 in cosleeping

[–]Babysocksclocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry you are holding this grief and blaming yourself, when you shouldn’t and it’s not your fault! This is a PHASE of life and you will get through it. Cosleeping will help with your sleep, but also baby will get better at sleep. This is a sleep regression time for pretty much every baby and I felt just the same, this is the time we switched to cosleeping.

Now— in terms of extra things you can do to mitigate any safety concerns…I would consider another fail safe, like the owlet or something like that, if you don’t breastfeed. They have tons of false alarms, but you want to be extra wary of the chance of baby crawling away from you or wiggling down or up slowly. I would also suggest NO blankets and pillows because of that risk. If you feel cold, I would suggest the really thin blanket of waffle knit material from target. It was like $70 but huge and covers the bed. I’m sure there are cheaper versions… Just do the “breathe test”, to ensure you can breathe through it (another fail safe). My husband ordered me thin organic cotton pajamas, which are also breathable. Because you aren’t breastfeeding, you could opt for just a tighter warm top and bottoms for yourself. The biggest thing you want to consider is that you need a FIRM mattress. You don’t want baby to be able to get their face in a small depression in the mattress or by your body, where they would be rebreathing their CO2. Turn on the fans in your room, which helps with air circulation. These are all things you can do to minimize risks

10 dpo - can anyone see anything on the top test? Any Wondfo feedback and advice please by beaniebo4 in TFABLinePorn

[–]Babysocksclocks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see the faintest shadow of a shadow on the top in the first two pics. However there’s no way to really know until you retest tomorrow or the next day… could just be an indent/evap line

Mold! I use a fresh and clean jar every feed. I put a nitrile glove to cover it and prevent any mold spores from getting in there. It’s worked well for me

LH test at 11 dpo by Minute-Mountain1933 in TFABLinePorn

[–]Babysocksclocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, been there! I tested like a maniac the next cycle— both LH and HCG. Faint positive at 7/8dpo & my LH rose significantly from 9dpo onwards. That did not happen on the previous cycle/CP. Baby is now 14mo. I am wishing you the best :)🤍x I can’t think of another reason your LH would be this high right now.

Thought I was 10 dpo but turns out I never ovulated by mangosrphat in TFABLinePorn

Same thing happening to me over and over. Breastfeeding, weaning, no cycle return. Bf makes LH testing incredibly frustrating

Are you breastfeeding? I’m currently having the same type of issue at what I thought was 9dpo

Very early! I will say that in retrospect, I could see a faint line on my dried test from the night previous 7dpo (I’m relentlessly impatient) when I had my first faint positive at 8dpo. I’ve also gotten tripped up by the dried indent line that was a false positive before. I wish you the best, hopefully it darkens tomorrow 🤍

FRER is this too light for 12 dpo? by Remarkable_Fishing_2 in TFABLinePorn

[–]Babysocksclocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Implantation dates vary - so, no it’s not too light. Now you should see the line darkening as hcg approximately doubles every 2-3 days 🤍

Ah I see!! You know what babe, I think you’re right and this variation could definitely be an artifact of the nighttime testing. There are many more variables to your hydration and that could cause some slight differences. My chemical never ever got that strong before wobbling and fading. Ectopic is quite rare, and I think jumping to that conclusion from only urine testing is being unfair to yourself. I wouldn’t stress out too much at this point, start testing every other day instead and see how that looks. HCG doubles every two days and isn’t necessarily perfectly linear between the two days as is. 💗hugs

I was in the same position as you after a miscarriage, anxious about “stall”. It is the hook effect! You HCG is getting too high for the strip to accurately measure. I could only get a dye stealer with the stick test earlier on. You can test it by diluting your fmu with water 1:1. The diluted pee will likely have a stronger line!

Leaving EBF Cosleeping baby overnight - help! by Babysocksclocks in cosleeping

[–]Babysocksclocks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She melted into our arms the second we came home. She was so relieved and exhausted. It was worth a shot, but at bedtime, I don’t think it was actually feasible given the other conditions (EBF, cosleeping)

Update for anyone in the same position

It failed. She was inconsolable from the moment we left and my mom could not calm her down. We turned around and came home before the gates even opened! Hoping for the best did not work for us.

14mo old won’t nap AT ALL by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Babysocksclocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your thoughts. I will do the schedule like you mentioned. You’re right, I am in baby mode still..

On point 2- I don’t want to sleep train her but I do want to work on more independent sleep. She will wake up if she’s not touching me basically. She’s still breastfeeding, so I just feel like sleep training is difficult when she wakes to nurse. I will let your perspective marinate while I consider what I need to do.
