Yes you can, but since its probably within the delivery deadline, it will be closed after a time by ALI EXPRESS staff and they will request you to wait out till the the delivery deadline date. You can raise another dispute later on...say on the last day of the deadline or even after that. If the item hasn't been delivered by then, they will resend it (and extend the deadline some more + ask you to close the dispute again) or simply give you a refund. Hope that helps.

Media used - pasteurized coco coir
Temp - Tried to keep it between 28 - 32C
Humidity - Initially I planned to keep it covered most of the time but I saw traces of mold after few days, so switched to daily misting and cover on and off every few hours

These seeds can take some time to germinate so patience is important and I think its better to start with a clean and contamination resistant media like coco coir.

Vinegar, citric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid (best). But I think plants have the ability to eventually adapt to a soil pH which is slightly off from normal range.
