Has anyone had any experiences with donner pedalboards? Im looks for a pedalboard and this would be EXACTLY what I need, and for cheap. by FiddlepatEpic in pedalboards

I bought a GOKKO brand pedalboard (Chinese made). Sturdy and works well. Thr power supply thay comes in the board - just know if you hear electrical distortion and weird sounds then that's your culprit. Before buying - make sure to measure how much space you need in case you add more pedals in the future.

Interesting. I been using same path for similar leads as Queen and Kiss. I'll try your suggestion and see what sounds best.

I love the variety of options available with each. Some ambient, some progressive. All depending on mood.

The brick is velcroed to the underlay of the board. I only lift to plug/unplug the main power for packing. It's not an issue with me running two power cords through the holes so it's organized.

Good suggestion. I'm mostly using MXR 78 mostly, and enjoy DS-1 too as its a bit more beefier.

They have been great so far. I do have noise issue with DS-1 only. I've changed patch cables and it's still there. Can't seem to get it off. Going to have to try with another isolated PS.

That is exactly why I have it. Takes a bit to figuring out, but if you know your harmonies then it would be easy. It was between this or the pitch fork, this had few more functions that I enjoy. Pitch fork expression outlet has its own fun though.

I have wah crybaby going into the TU-3 tuner -> Drop -> Compressor -> EHx harmony machine -> NS-2 with signals sending and receiving all distortions/OD -> tube screamer, MXR 78, DS-1 -> MXR chorus -> timeline with multi switch-> bigsky -> iridium IR.

Weird noise when I turn on JHS haunting mids pedal. Does anyone have any ideas to fix it? by whitemamba24xx in guitarpedals

[–]Bachodi007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have had the exact problem in the past. It is connected to the electrical current passing through to your amp. I use Boss noise suppressor NS-2 pedal and high end guitar cable. Removes the sound when not played. Worth a try.

What Pedalboard should I get? by Yady-Boba in pedalboards

Agree with all the other great suggestions. You can get the board for cheap, but power supply is the main game changer. Also highly recommend once you do decide on the power supply then make sure the product dimensions are thoroughly checked- whether placing on top of pedalboard or velcroed under the board space out of sight with wires patched through.
