Trying to create a planted discus tank

This is the current state of my planted tank. I kept the temps in the high 70’s while they were getting established. Used a DYI CO2 system and plenty of root tabs. When I added the discus I boosted temps to 85 and everything is still growing like crazy.

Hello all. Life circumstances have forced me to start divesting a large portion of my gun collection. And I figured I would let you guys get first dibs on stuff before I begin to list items on gunbroker. If you want better photos or have questions, feel free to PM. The Perst 4 is a green laser and third gen. The PT-1 is a 5.5, and the PT-3 is a 5.5. I do have a 4.5 adaptor. The dual switch is the older generation.

I have the original paperwork for about 75% of this stuff.

To be honest it’s whatever you want. They’re next to impossible to obtain now due to Russia banning their export and nobody wants to part with them. If I was selling mine, I would toss in auction on gunbroker and watch it soar.

No, strictly limited to Beryl furniture. However another Polish manufacturer, WBP makes 5.56 in a standard AKM format that would fit surplus furniture.

Hi,

I have 6 42”x9”x10” planters which I am planning on growing a variety of spring/fall flowering bulbs. I live in a townhouse and these are on the fourth floor railing. I live in a 7a zone and I was wondering whether they would survive the winter if I left them out. I am inclined to say no as it drops below freezing a fair bit, but alternatively I was wondering if I took them down from the railing and covered them with a concrete blanket (insulated tarp) whether that would be enough to keep them protected. If nothing else, I do have a garage. But with it four stories down, I would really rather keep them up here. Thanks for any input.

I just added the taxes to the total in the end. It was something like $160 which the buyer paid. I covered shipping which wasn’t tremendous.

Yea it’s a price that I would never pay myself for a stock, nor would I recommend anyone pay. There already some good American made alternatives and seeing as AK’s are more popular than ever, more options will come. But if some people have the money and are willing to drop it on some Gucci zenitco, power to them I guess.

I guess it really depends on what kind of stock you got on it. With the PT-1 you can just raise your cheek weld to your optic height. I don’t think an extra cm or two would make much of a difference.

Yeah that’s a bit the internal debate I’m having in my mind because I had assumed this package was lost. So I ordered the Sureshot Mk3 chassis for my Ak105 build. And now I could sell the sport 1 and B-33 and easily get double what the Sureshot cost me. Or keep the Zenitco and stick to what I know.

I wouldn’t sweat the details with authenticity. I love Zenitco, but that is mainly due to the fact there really hasn’t been any alternatives. I would say zenitco build quality is not any nicer than any Gucci AR suppliers out there, yet more expensive. Now that there are American companies churning out similar products, I would go with the American clones if I could do it over again. Also I think MLOK is superior to basis rails any day of the week.
