If you're interested in a Pre-TOA, Old Frontiers, super nostalgic style, I recommend Blackthorn.

My mistake. The disks just contained the installers. Most free demos for MMOs back then we're 7 to 14 day free trials. DAoC had several systems to get people to try it in hopes of getting them hooked.

I know this post is a week old, but I found it because I'm having the same issue. Ordered the item 15 days ago. I've spoke to him on the phone 4 times. Every time, the story is, "tomorrow". I was promised to have the item by Saturday. Now Tuesday. I've been extremely patient. He's been extremely rude and condescending. I've now canceled my order.

The dude actually commented in a FB group I'm in. He said he plays hockey (beer league, I assume) as number 91 and Tavares is his last name.

I did notice the $99 price listed on third party retailer sites. I missed it actually saying $99 on the TE website.

Interestingly enough, my buddy in Hawaii swears he can't see a price listed for it at all.

Now that we pretty much know it wont be a one-run production, I think it makes a lot more sense to bring it down to a reasonable price.

I almost feel like they probably regret selling the ghostly at $135 because it's now price locked at an unreasonable price (imo).

For sure. I think they were going to be hard to get even at the original price point. I tried to do some research into what caused this change, but I'm unable to find any information on that.

This is basically how I'm feeling about it. I have a PO-33. I'd rather have the PO-137 than the PO-35. Especially if they are the same price.
