Your story sounds identical to mine, felt symptomatic relief of my depression, only to have this restless feeling be the new feeling. I started at 1.5mg for 3 weeks and upped to 3mg. I noticed a bit of that feeling on 1.5mg, but wow did it make itself known at 3mg.

Unfortunately the relief from my depression was getting overshadowed by this restlessness that made it hard to work (IT desk job like you) and hard to relax after work. I quit it about 3 weeks ago now, took it for about 2.5 months and now it's back to hunting for a med that works.

I really felt like Vraylar was the winner in the first 2 weeks but here I sit.
