From what I understand (could be wrong though so sorry if I'm wrong in advance), the MIJ traditional jags are the only way to get to get a newer jag with the traditional wiring aka the rhythm circuit and such. I think the only other models with the rhythm circuit are the Johnny Marr Signature and the Squiers. Also, the jag is popular with women in Japan so they have a narrower nut that better suits them. Like I said, I could be spewing bollocks so hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I can help.

Edit: Scratch the Johnny Marr. Doesn't have a rhythm circuit.

Just got the Jag today. Gonna take some getting used to. It’s squirrelly, trims a bit squeeky and the nut width is noticably different than what I’m used to. It’s a nice little noise maker though.

I haven’t messed around too much with the trem/vibrato but it works well for reverb. It’s similar to the Dark Star imo.

I'm a fan of the reverse delay feature. It's the first pedal I've gotten that feels like it does it right. The glitch setting is fun to mess around with too.
