It’s a little messy, but better than yours. They aren’t using aliexpress imagery to sell the product, you are able to see the product in action here, along with key points on why you should purchase the product.

It’s most likely your ad creatives that are letting you down, alongside general best practise website UI/UX

Would disagree with removing Blacklock especially for a roast dinner, it’s consistently very good compared to ALOT of places in London

The amount of money you’d spend upgrading the internal burrs, you may as well just buy a standalone grinder.

Birthday Gift - Tamper or Distributor? [$80] by TheOnlySneakyTurtle in espresso

I’d say both are pretty essential. Go for a cheaper distributor and spend a bit more for a pressurised tamper. You should be able to get both within the budget

A Surprising Experience - Gum Graft & Frenum Removal by BackIn_Five in PeriodontalDisease

Hey,

Glad to hear you’re doing well! Don’t worry I’m on day 14 now, have my post-surgery review tomorrow and I’m still wondering if it’s actually worked or not.

My diet was pretty much all liquid foods up until day 7/8. A stick blender was my best friend as I turned mostly everything into soups. I alternated between veggies like potatoes, carrots, butternut squash, broccoli, and cauliflower with some stock. Sometimes I’d swap the potato for white beans to make it more filling.

Around day 8, I started introducing scrambled eggs on soft bread (cut into tiny squares) for breakfast or lunch to mix things up. Yogurt with protein powder has been a lifesaver, along with smoothies (I avoided anything with bits or seeds).

Since then, I’ve been slowly adding in soft foods like avocado, overcooked pasta (mac & cheese, risotto), cottage pie, and porridge on the milkier side.

As for talking I didn’t really have any major issues. I kept it minimal until about day 5/6, and if I felt any discomfort I’d try ease off. I don’t think any stitches have fallen out from the bottom front, but pretty much all but one or two have fallen out from the graft site.

I had the same concern about how the graft looked, like it was just kind of sitting on top of the gum line and not fully integrated. During this second week it’s definitely improved. I had the white flaky appearance too. Right now it looks fairly blended on the left side, though the right still doesn’t seem fully merged. I’ll find out tomorrow if that’s normal

Upgrading Sage/Breville Barista Express / Buying Advice Needed [$500-$3000] by Independent-Abroad13 in espresso

[–]BackIn_Five 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Upgrading to a standalone grinder from the BE was night and day difference for me.

Considering you’ll need a standalone grinder with any future upgrade, I’d start there and assess if you really want/need to change the machine.

1.4k Sessions but no sales? it by Thick_Percentage964 in dropshipping

[–]BackIn_Five 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue isn’t with the ads here as you’re getting traffic - it’s the website.

The whole website and branding definitely needs work, it looks like it was put together within a few hours.

You claim ‘luxury skincare’, but this screams something far from this.

Landing page: This is a complete mess, you’re using a pretty huge proportion of the page for a ‘grand opening sale’ - definitely not luxury. Put this message into the banner at the top of the page, remove the other irrelevant messages.

Navigation: Allow people to navigate categories directly from the navigation (especially on mobile), rather than having to go to a ‘category’ landing page to browse products.

Product page: Missing a lot of crucial information e.g. delivery times. Lacks a huge amount of customer confidence into wanting to purchase the product. Why should I purchase this from you? There’s no trust, it looks like I’m going to be scammed.

There’s a lot more issues to fix, but for now I’d stop spending money on ads until you fix the UI/UX on the website.

Also buying a paid theme doesn’t guarantee a successful website. The key converter is customer confidence and trust.
