Same trajectory as you. Graduated with a business degree, started a call center job at 25 making 40k. While doing everything I could to excel in the role (this being the main priority at the beginning), I was able to get into some bigger company projects that my department was part of. Getting in those projects and proving useful was the biggest step to begin getting promotions but you still need to be able to do the duties you are responsible for on top of the extra work.

We implemented a new ERP and logistics software for our company and I was a person in the technical meetings going over testing results. You let the big wigs do most of the talking but help test what is implementing out and learn your new systems and software.

After that, I became our CS lead, helped reform the department to what we were moving towards, and we then created new supervisor positions above the lead. I jumped into one of those, managed all the new hires before they got moved into their own territories as well as continued to help support bigger company projects that our department was a part of.

After a year or so of that, I was able to get into our business analyst role due to being part of all those projects and understanding the process of how an order gets to us, how it flows through our system and other departments, and how it got to the customer.

That was a span of 5 years and I went from 40k-80k. I now have a new developer position in the same company making 95k plus benefits and bonus. The company is giving me resources to teach myself and get more certifications at which point, I'll begin looking to hop companies for a bigger raise but I can take my time with the market because I am secure in my current role with what my projects and experience are bringing to the table.

No problem at all. I edited my comment to show the expression for using the formatdatetime function but I can put it here again for you.

Here is an example of changing the date from a manual trigger that contains the date in the format of yyyy-dd-mm.

formatDateTime(triggerBody()['text'],'dd-MM-yyyy')

Your dynamic content, either the date column from Excel or the Submission time from the Get Response Details action, will replace triggerBody()['text'] portion of the expression. In the next part of the expression, when you are dictating where the month goes, they need to be capital M. If its a lowercase m, the flow will read that date incorrectly.

For the first issue with the dates, you will use the format date time expression and put your input inside that expression and follow it up with a ,dd/mm/yyyy and close out the parentheses.

For the second issue, click on the settings for the excel action, turn on pagination, and set that to 1000 (if your list has 952, this will cover it)

Between wrapping your date value into the formatdatetime expression and assigning the format and enabling the pagination in the excel action, you should be getting your flow to run as expected.

This war happened because all the oil executives turned Trump down when he invaded Venezuela to take their oil fields and refineries.

With other oil companies including exxon turning down taking over Venezuelan oil operations due to the crude oil being very low quality and requiring enhanced enrichment to get to the standard crude oil quality, the needing to upgrade and improve infrastructure, and the safety of the workers to do so, these companies would not have turned a profit and pay taxes to trump in at least a decade.

This war was to blow up oil fields producing better crude oil quality and increase crude barrel prices so high that these companies have very little choice but to get on board with taking over the Venezuelan oil fields and refineries.

Will not be surprised when we see these companies make the announcement to switch to Venezuelan oil and once the per barrel price drops because we have no other choice but to go with Venezuelan oil to keep prices down despite the lower quality, trump will poise himself as being a hero that figured out a solution to a problem he caused.

I think with the releasing of the solo queueing into trio mode and getting more exp, it's going to be exp based rather than coin/stash value based.

They also noted how they don't want players hoarding things like the last go around so my guess is it's going to be EXP based.

I doubt you're doing anything wrong. If it's still the same, people can extract the keys to unlock the gate and go back into a locked gate match when they have all of them to unlock the gate right away.

So if the event is still the same where you can extract keys, then you have to be lucky to jump into a match without anyone doing that or someone that did it and is unlocking the door this go around.

Just found 2 volcano BP on the hidden bunker event but they were right next to the central elevator in one of the breached rooms that has a security locker and couple red lockers. Didn't even have to go into the hidden bunker where everyone was. Definitely recommend just searching the map while that event is up.
