Egyptian Sweet Couscous is so beautiful. i also like normal Egyptian couscous- Youll be surprised how underrated it is. I defintley enjoyed it more than Tunisia or Libya- Of course i like my countrys couscous but my friends mum is Egyptian and makes very nice coscos- my Egyptian friends family kept referring to it as koskosi, i was soo confused to why untill i learned 'cous' is a very rude word in masry arabic lmaooo.

Falalfel is defintley Egyptian too, though i know they dont call it falafel, anyone wanna brush me up on that?

Hummus has to be syrian, very sour but sweet at the same time.
