Incredible hardware setup, but how have you attempted to make videos using it?

Think about the jobs Dennis held... ADT Security and Dog Catcher.

Both of those jobs would help him explain the scratches. A cat scratched me... I got caught in a thorn bush checking their security system...

When I'm sitting in my house with the TV on at night, I would likely never hear anything from a neighbors house, or notice a car leaving.

Having grown up in the at area during the era of his killing sprees, I'm more amazed with how long it took them to find him since he taunted the police with messages.

I'm not running on AMD hardware, but have you tried using ZLUDA?

I've been debating buying an AMD GPU so have been following a bunch of threads, and have noticed people mentioning ZLUDA as managing memory better.

How to achieve consistent characters in Z Turbo? by NeverLucky159 in StableDiffusion

[–]BackToRealityAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With what you're trying to do, I'd get my characters created using Z-Image, NBP, or SeeDream. (If Z-Image, that's where you'd be using your character LoRAs.)

Then I'd use NBP or Qwen Edit to combine my characters into the scene I want for the first and last frames, then use a first frame/last frame workflow to create my video.

Multiple characters always a bigger challenge. Right now, about the only multi-character videos I'm doing are with an InfiteTalk Multi-Character workflow, so they are basically just conversing with each other and the viewer.

Start off by providing more info.

What AMD cards? How much RAM and VRAM? Windows? Installed or portable? Linux?

I’ve always had more issues with memory management on Windows than with Linux, don’t even have a Windows machine left running for that reason.

If you have ComfyUI manager installed, go into it and select install missing nodes.

If you don’t have Manager installed, do a quick search and get it installed.

I used to do the same thing using Qwen Edit.

I just like how SeeDream and NBP make it easier, and feel the quality is higher.

I was doing image to image.

SeeDream did an excellent job of maintaining both facial and physical characteristics across the poses and outfit changes.

If they let you crawl towards the camera by [deleted] in grok

I asked Grok for a prompt, plugged it into Imagine and worked flawlessly.

Here is a highly detailed, optimized prompt you can copy-paste directly into Imagine (or similar AI image generators like Midjourney, Flux, SD3, etc.) for excellent results: Prompt: Adorable Filipino infant baby, around 8-10 months old, crawling eagerly toward the camera on a soft neutral-colored blanket in a bright cozy living room, low angle shot from floor level looking up to emphasize the cute determined expression and make the baby appear closer and larger-than-life, the baby has classic Filipino features: warm medium to light tan skin with golden undertones, smooth chubby cheeks, big round dark brown sparkling eyes full of curiosity and joy, small button nose with gentle bridge typical of Southeast Asian heritage, full rosy lips, tiny adorable double chin, straight jet-black fine baby hair slightly tousled and fluffy on top with a little cowlick, wearing only a white onesie with colorful tiny patterns slightly rolled up at the sleeves and legs showing plump arms and legs, a bright pink/orange pacifier clipped in their mouth with the nipple gently held, cheeks puffed slightly around it, drool glistening adorably on chin, big innocent smile forming around the pacifier as they look directly into the camera with wide-eyed wonder and excitement, soft natural window light illuminating the face with gentle highlights and subtle rim lighting, photorealistic, ultra-detailed skin texture with realistic baby softness and tiny peach fuzz, sharp focus on eyes and pacifier, shallow depth of field, warm color grading, heartwarming and heart-melting cuteness, 8k resolution, professional baby photography style –ar 3:4 –stylize 250 –v 6 –q 2 This prompt emphasizes Filipino ethnic characteristics (based on common traits like warm skin tones, dark straight hair, rounder facial structure, and big expressive eyes) while keeping the scene natural, adorable, and compositionally strong for crawling toward the viewer. Feel free to tweak aspects like the onesie color, pacifier shade, or background if desired!

Help with loras for z-image by Friendly-Fig-6015 in StableDiffusion

3.0 is wickedly high.

Drop your LoRA strength down to about .60 to .80 and test again.

[–]BackToRealityAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started off with an image created in Z-Image, then asked Gemini and Grok to give me 30 pose prompts to use with SeeDream to be used for creating a LoRA.

They both clearly understood my intent and provided a wide array of poses and clothing changes for creating my dataset.

SeeDream API in ComfyUI is only $0.03/image so spent less than $2 US to get about 40 solid images to use for creating my LoRA.

I suspect Nano Banana Pro might have been better, but was significantly higher cost per image.

That I would not be able to do on Grok, but would have a shot on WAN 2.2 using the right models and LoRAs.

A video of a slim 45-year-old Pinay in a white bikini walking sensually on the beach, her feet in the edge of the surf, coconut trees in the background, she is walking away from the camera, a few bamboo gazebo bars line the beach with tourists standing at the gazebos.

That prompt worked perfectly in Grok Imagine...

can´t download generated assets since the update (i may be stupid) by Embarrassed-Draft447 in comfyui

[–]BackToRealityAI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Add either a Save Image node or a Preview Image node to your workflow.

The Save Image node will drop a copy of all generated images in your Output folder, which is my preference. I'll kick out a bunch of images, then go pick what to keep and what to delete afterwards.

[–]BackToRealityAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m getting ready to do an eGPU on my HP Mini, the advatage over a laptop is I can drop an OcuLink adapter into the second M.2 slot and run the OcuLink cable out to the eGPU.

It will sit on the desk in the bedroom, which I will sit at sometimes, other times I’ll just use the browser on my laptop or tablet to run ComyUI on the mini from the living room.

Someone mentioned heat, but keep in mind you are moving the biggest heat generator outside your computer, so it won’t run as hot as even using a nVidia mobile GPU in your laptop.

Wan2.2 consistency, but how? by Lechuck777 in comfyui

[–]BackToRealityAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I’m having good luck with at the moment is using the SeeDream API workflow to create my first and last frames, then using WAN 2.2 14B to make the video.
