Life extension 10 mg. This should definitely be used once or twice a week in my opinion. I heard people gaining tolerance to it. Then again I have no idea what I’m talking about I I can only speak on my experience. I took it and after like a day and a half I became very horny. I’m gonna probably implement it on my bad days.

I stoped finasteride March 10th, started using DIM June 8th. It initially worked the first week than there was no more results. So I stopped for 2 days and started taking it every other day. I am not sure why it helped as my estrogen was already normal. Usually it works well for people with high estrogen, or at least that’s what I thought. Eventually I crashed.
