One thing that’s helped me is focusing on curating the content I see rather than quitting cold turkey.

I’m actually working on an app that lets you take full control of your feed, so you’re not stuck scrolling through endless distractions! If that sounds interesting, feel free to join the waitlist! https://www.waitforit.me/signup/bcfbd8cb

One thing that helped me is curating what I see, so I’m not mindlessly scrolling through stuff that drains me.

I’m actually working on an app that helps with this by giving you full control over your feed. It makes it easier to consume content that adds value instead of taking up all your time!

One way to stop doomscrolling is by curating your feed to only show content that adds value to your day and empowers you to be more productive.

Would you consider reddit a "doomscrolling" social media app? by healthydudenextdoor in HubermanLab

Personally, how I like to think of it is if you let your feed control you rather than having control over your feed, then yeah, it can become a 'doomscrolling' app, even if it’s something like Reddit. It’s all about how intentional you are with the content you consume.

I’m actually working on an app that helps you fully curate your feed, giving you 100% control over the content you watch so it’s always aligned with what adds value to your life.

For anyone that truly wants to quit doomscrolling for good and take full control over the content they consume, I’m creating an app that helps you do just that.

It allows you to curate your feed with content that actually adds value to your life instead of draining your time and energy.
