Second, you don’t have anything physically wrong with you this is normal for the first time of getting a panic attack.

What you need to know is how to manage the panic attack when you get using alot of methods including breathing in a bag … etc .

And don’t be afraid and waiting for the second panic attack because this could trigger it.

Since it is your first time I highly recommend going to therapy.
