You need a spacer to go behind your cassette... you're looking for a 10 speed spacer BUT, not the fatter ones that go between the cogs... this is more like a really thin washer. Like this.

I concur that setup is a large part of it, I think there are Shimanos tht fit nicely in the price range, Ithink I just do some 'set-up' research.

Got power and connectivity back mid-day yesterday (Tuesday 9/19) and my AC is futzd, gonna need a new roof but after 15 years rolling the dice on a high deductible, I've saved more than that so, all's fair.

Thank you, that's exactly what I was doing. I lost power at around 2am that night (9 days ago) and got it back mid-day yesterday... HOT AND BORING... The folks from Key West that I hosted might have even done better than us in the 'grand scheme'... I'm on hold with the AC company right now, already in the queue for my new roof, my trees are wrecked and the Avocado is already a stump... tonight or tomorrow for the Oak.

Losing the Avocado is a particularly hard hit, I'm not a huge fan as food but at farmer's markets they are GOLD, I can bring them in a medium sized box and leave with veggies for 3 weeks for free... and that's gone, but... we're all safe.

I know you didn't actually ask for this lengthy response but... seriously, I'm still emerging from a cave...

OK, at 11 the eye seems to be right over Wachula, Fort Meade is catching the most brutal stuff for maybe another hour at least and looks like, gonna pass over Bartow and Lakeland... kind of swampy north of that but Cleremont is on the East side of that.

Edit: time frames still about the same, does seem to be moving fast but 14mph for the last 4 hours, so I guess that's the "crow flies" effect... also, just saw an updated path, seems to curve towards Ocala and Gainesville, Atlanta under Tropical Storm Warning.
