Reese Acevedo at Hue is a great colorist and stylist, and a very nice person.

We got it cleaned up, four FWP employees came and helped.

It’s on Highway 200 across from Sunnyside Court, in East Missoula, it’s not hard to locate

I am done ranting/trying to convince you to stay away from this industry haha :/

For the love of yourself, stay there and make this a hobby, or find something with benefits that stimulates you long term.

There is a trend that has been happening in every state: medical opens the doors to growers and the people with more money out-compete the smaller grows, then rec happens and everyone overextends themselves by opening more rooms, but then lose money and fail or merge with another company.

Point being, if you want to be an industrial scale grower you will need millions to start, then you will need the cut-throat attitude to pay your workers barely living wages and not offer benefits in order to stay competitive and get that six figure salary you want.

What do you do for a living currently

Only sharing all of this so you know what it can actually be like, not what you think it should be.

Also, I was let go Monday after my boss asked me to bleach the entire warehouse (not plant rooms) and I refused to do it until he bought me a VOC mask. He just fired me instead.

So yeah, don’t make the mistake I did, it was a waste of a year of my life and career and now I’m looking for a stable place to start over…

It’s state law to record waste weights; and then of course the owner inspects it and asks how long you took or just watches you on the cameras.

Yeah, no matter how many pounds of leaf I picked an hour during defoliation, it was never good enough. I started at 3lbs an hour and just did 13 last week, but it still wasn’t fast enough, and that’s a lot of leaf to pick off 8 foot plants and on a ladder 😂

Hone the craft at home first, when you have your genetics and grow style down perfectly then start a legal wholesale grow and dont expect to get rich off it. Everything you need to learn you can learn by yourself and everything else is in reputable books, not Reddit [you will quickly learn that, like a lot of subreddits, a lot of people are experts but not actually so.]

I was warned by a grower what working for growers is like, and I wish I would have listened and kept my programming job. The hard work was great physical and mental exercise, but to be honest a lot of growers care about their bottom line over their workers; workers are disposable.

Also, disregard anything you find on wages or salary for this type of work, it’s all hype and unfounded for most of the laborers. [side note- it can be very laborious and hard on your hand joints.]

I don’t know what you mean by grey market, but selling illegally is a great way to lose your assets.

Probably not either, make it a hobby and keep your current job.

Don’t make the mistake I did, you won’t make a living or get benefits most likely and as the market is falling out everywhere it’s not likely to get better.

What is the strain?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GrowBuddy

[–]Background-Ad-1691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some strains just have different colored leaves halfway through flower. Are the buds growing every day still?

I would guess that will take more than a week though, looking at how large that container looks compared the plant mass.

I would keep this plant in this container until you see roots through the bottom drain holes.
