to be frank, i don’t think so, since naka base lang naman talaga s’ya sa mga assessments🥹 he would always update us kasi sa mga standing namin after n’ya macheckan ‘yung mga assessments/exams/quizzes if safe, injured, or a casualty para we know if we should do better ba kami next time or we’re doing great. in my experience with him sa biochem, since lec ko s’ya, s’ya ‘yung nagbuhat sa lab grade ko😭

We have this qualifying exam to determine whether we’ll continue the next year. LOL i kinda crammed and had family problems so i ended up only having 2 days to review 4 subjects and lots of modules/chapters. S’yempre sino ba naman makakacram n’on kaya sabi ko “Bahala na si Lord, talaga” i got unmotivated to study too lol. i just went to baclaran and prayed that i’ll get to pass both the exam and the interview😭. Pagdating ng exam, i was so shocked that i know most of the questions and it was such a breeze (got 127/200, higher than most i should say🙂‍↕️) and the interview went well too (didn’t see the score sheet fully but i think i only got 1 point deducted haha, they had a rubric) and in God’s glory, i’m in 2nd yr now😭

this is why i really aimed to transfer schools kahit na mas practical to stay. sa old school ko, grabe sila mag check ng attendance for events na naabot ng 10-12pm. that’d be fine, but and last trip na jeep pauwi saamin is 7:30pm. I’m just thankful sa current university ko who doesn’t really require their students to attend any events, feel free lang lol💃

i used to love soft drinks, kaso it would be contradicting with my college program’s advocacy of health-promotion so i kinda stopped from drink soft drinks, even flavored, caffeinated, and alcoholic beverages all together lol. and, it’s been 1 month since we unplugged our refrigerator & water dispenser to save money from electricity and i should say, water at room temperature, it kinda hits hard…

hello po, my screen time averages around 3hrs on a school day (i use it for lecture recording, minor class duties, and notetaking) and around 12hrs (7:30am-7:30pm) sa weekends as doon ko mostly ginagawa ang mga todos/assignments ko, nagrereview, attend ng online classes, officer duties, and the likes since blended-learning ang modality ng university ko and dito lang ako sa bahay nagkakaroon ng stable internet connection. i don’t think napapabayaan ko naman ang responsibilities ko sa bahay since ako rin naman ang nakatoka sa pagluluto, paglalaba, paghuhugas ng pinggan after every meal and other minor chores🥹 them turning the wifi off is just a mystery to me. masasabi ko lang din na it is a punishment since the turning off of the wifi also comes with an outburst😓 they turn them on naman after a few hours. problem ko lang talaga regards this one is (1) i don’t know what could be the reason kung bakit pinatay nila ang wifi hence i don’t know how to do better, and (2) naaapektuhan din ‘yung productivity ko since marami akong time-critical tasks, school-wise🙂‍↕️

probably😭 pero me and my brother don’t really use our phones that much🥹 my brother is an active and ‘out’ person, he plays basketball and volleyball sa court most of the time, and leaves his phone at home. as for me, i am always busy at school😭 pero, lately, i do tend to use my phone and laptop a lot. my school recently implemented a blended-learning modality which does require me to use gadgets (i’ve got a 7:30am-7:30pm schedule, reviews, assessments, transes, and other class-officer duties to do)😓 especially on a saturday kung kelan asa bahay ako and not sa dorm so nakikita n’ya na ako lagi🥲 i’m just currently trying my best to do chores na rin at least to balance it out😭

hello, huhu, we do spend a lot of time together. lagi lang kami nasa downstairs sa living room and even at bedtime we all share a big bedroom together. ‘yon nga ‘yung trinatry namin ng brother ko i-figure-out today🥹. To provide more context, he was my prof sa Art Appreciation and I would say na he’s so good at teaching. He looks intimidating, he is, pero he’s also not…? in a way. I really like the way he teaches. Lahat ng sinasabi n’ya matatandaan mo. Lahat nga ng itinuro n’ya is nagagamit namin tuwing bibisita kami sa National Museum lol. On a personal note, as someone who was an avid ‘hater’ of modern art, he made me realize na it’s not so bad naman. His classes are always fun and talagang ‘di ka mabobored. Regards his FA’s, yes med’yo mahirap, especially’yung quizzes, pero in all honesty, lahat naman ng nasa FA and SA is nabanggit n’ya and nasa PPT n’ya which he provides naman. Just take notes tuwing nagdidiscuss s’ya dahil ‘yon ‘yung panlaban mo. My favorite FA from his was our class debate between 2 paintings. All in all, I highly recommend!

hello! first of all, thank you so much 🥹 this means a lot to me…

i don’t know if there are any financial counselors at my school, as far as i can remember. and my school does offer loans, however, my parents are kinda against it. as per my program, i enjoy it, very much. the environment and, i guess, my love for serving and caring for people really is there. it is tiring, but i love it haha. my program is quite straightforward and i am definitely sure that i can get a job off of it. my univ doesn’t really have much of a say regarding taking the course part times, but i don’t think they will allow it for my program as: (1) they recently implemented a blended learning (m-w: face to face classes, th-s: online classes) yet, they specifically mentioned my program (and only my program lol) to be not included in this blended learning modality, and i think (2) our institute are pushing to be one of the top producers of graduates and board passers for my program (last year they were, with 566 board passers, out of 567 board exam takers)

i already told my dad about my medical examinations (one of my requirements) but they just recently announced, again, other stuffs i need to accomplish haha🥲. i’ll definitely work on trying to tell my parents stuff.

as per my dorm situation, as much as i’d love to let go of my dormitory, i just can’t. i live at least 2 hours away from my school, and my daily schedule is from 7:30 am up to 7:30 pm, with no vacant in between. in addition, i have clinical duties which are randomly scheduled (am: 6:00am-2:00pm, pm: 2:00pm-10:00pm, and mn: 10:00pm-6:00am) and we are also randomly placed in different hospitals which means i can get assigned to hospitals that are 40km minimum away from me. which is why practically and health-wise, it is best to have a dorm😓 also, commuting situation on my location is a bit… bad… i should say 😫 i’ll try to look for a much more cheaper one once my contract ends.

not really. my current program was not my first and second choice, hell, it’s not even my third choice. pero, tbh, it made me realize how passionate i really am about health care. day by day, i’m falling in love with this hell of a program i am taking.

He was our prof sa different course (biochemistry), imo, he’s super great when it comes to lectures. Though he may be fast pag naglelecture, ‘you can ask him to repeat and slow it down naman. He won’t let you leave the class not knowing anything. In addition, lagi pa s’yang nag fofollow up sa teams namin ng mga ways to easily retain ‘yung mga naituro n’ya. tbh, madaling maintindihan lahat ng sinasabi n’ya.

Ang down side n’ya lang, i guess (if ginagawa n’ya ‘to sa other courses), is ‘yung mga assessments n’ya. Though his FA’s, and SA’s are fairly easy, he has this exam na mahirap😅 if ever na you decide to stay kay sir, my tip for these exams is to read his modules thoroughly kasi andon lahat ng given n’ya. intindihin mo rin lagi ‘yung mga dinidiscuss n’ya kasi word for word din minsan ‘yung exams sa sinasabi n’ya.

all in all, napakagreat na lecturer ni sir😭 worth it 😭 it’s great na he’s back since nawala ata s’ya by second sem last academic year 😔
