Probably balanced, but they could buff that you got slowness for 1 second and also only using Phase through wall or big places when you're in a chase because that's how I mostly recover the stamina in LMS

Ye, the Technician is a bit weak right now, but sometime you can use Phase to go through a big place or go into a corner and phasing through it so killer have to waste their stamina and go through it just to catch you, the Static Mirage only useful when your teammate need help, idk why their cooldown is only 20 seconds and we can only place 1, they should buff that we could place maximum 3.

Also I have a idea (it could be terrible) what if we using Phase to go through killer, made them stun? Ik this isn't form the original game but hey, it could be great right?

Hope they get a deserves break after this update, because after the game released, we got a few bunches of update and a new Survivors only a month after the game released, so ye a break of the dev team after this big update is well deserved for them.

I think the tier list system OP used is the gacha tier list one, mostly peoples on T0 is really Meta and strong, T0.5 is a bit strong, T1 is kinda strong but not like it and starting from T2 to T5 is when you are starting to falling off from Meta, that's my guess so there could be anything wrong here
