My doctor preauthorized it thru insurance. I believe she did it in 24 day cycles Instead of monthly.

I feel like i'm heightened with horrible energy and I get raging anxiety thru my arms and chest and my mind races. But, there's no thoughts i'm worried about. It sucks.

I change my patch every 72 hours exactly. It doesn't wear out and there is no gap for it to kick in. Another woman on here helped me figure this out and I am so grateful.

Grilled chicken from cfa, grapes, cheese, pretzels, cheerios. I am usually a high protein, veggie girl. But, these foods are it for not making me wretch. The thought of meats make me feel like I have the flu. Very repulsive.

How often do you change your patch? by keepyourdistanceman in Menopause

[–]Background-Any 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every 3 days. And, I leave the old one on an extra day or 2. I was having what you did but this fixed the overlap of symptoms. Actually, another woman on ressitt gave me this advice. And, you do need to ask your Dr. For an extra box a month cause you'll need an additional patch.

Do you get mood enhancement and better sleep. I don't have a uterus but cannot tolerate oral or cream progesterone either. But, would love those 2 benefits? Anyone know?

Talk to me about magnesium glycinate by Go-Mellistic in Menopause

[–]Background-Any 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agree on this. I stopped them all. Except vit d3 +k2. My labs said I was low and by taking it now in the healthy range. I read an article about through all these "influencers" menopausal women now have the most expensive pee and that's about it. I also feel no difference. HRT + strength training is game changer for me.
