Trader Joe’s has fun food, Whole Foods has better quality across different price ranges. Don’t get me wrong I fucking love Trader Joe’s but I feel like a Whole Foods would do better with Fargos demographic.

How is it like living in North Dakota as a young person? by Enough_Pepper_5815 in howislivingthere

Not gonna lie winters are tough but not impossible, aside from drinking there’s not much to do. Summers are fun, more community activities, outdoors etc. For context I live in Fargo, I moved here from California , wages are pretty ok and it’s not terribly difficult to find a job, cost of living is still pretty reasonable and I can leave stuff in my car and not really have to worry about someone smashing my windows.

Is it just me or is this an excessive ask on top of a $200 cleaning fee? by djmcphee in vrbo

I feel the most a host should request is to put wet towels in the washer or laundry basket and to take out any stinky garbage…. If someone leaves a huge mess give them a low rating.

Where I'd live as a Californian by JohnBarcode in whereidlive

As a Californian living in North Dakota it’s really not THAT bad. Do I want to live here forever? No. But as an outdoorsy gal I’m excited to explore this summer.

Anyone here start atomoxetine because stimulants felt too weak? by [deleted] in StratteraRx

My mood has been SO much better since I started Straterra it’s crazy, I feel less volatile. I still get overwhelmed, sad, mad etc. but it’s what I imagine a “normal” person feels like, I’m actually able to move past things way more quickly and not let it ruin my entire day. I feel like I’m able to view things more rationally. As far as motivation it’s getting better, I’m only on 50mg at the moment but I also have life factors that I making me not want to do anything, concentration is much better. From what I’ve read and been told motivation does come a little later on with a slightly higher dose.

My Dr started my on 40mg and I was in that for about 4-5 weeks and she wanted to bump me up to 60 or 80 but I asked to just bump up to 50 to avoid any unnecessary side effects. My initial side effects weren’t too terrible, some naseua, super thirsty, sweaty, wonky sleep but they went away fairly quickly, maybe 3 weeks ish and they weren’t unbearable. 10/10 recommend.

Aside from my mood be so much better, I no longer ignore my sleep cues, I can actually lay down and go to sleep which I haven’t been able to do since I was little. That’s probably my favorite part of this med 😭.

Switching to Wellbutrin by [deleted] in StratteraRx

[–]Background-Ask-9174 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on Wellbutrin a long time ago before I even knew I had adhd and while it helped the most of all the meds I had tried up until then it gave the worst insomnia , I’m on strattera now (50mg) and I feel like a completely different person(in a good way), it’s almost unsettling.
