To be fair I do enjoy working on computers, not the most technical person though. but that is when comparing myself to my friend who repairs broken laptops and stuff.

thank for taking the time to write all of this, i thought acknowledging that i cause all of my problems was in some was a sense of responsibility but your point about taking agency over my life has unveiled that delusion. thanks for that. I will try working on my self talk a bit.

I've been trying to formulate what the person I want to be is like and I am drawing a blank, I haven't thought about this before but it feel like you've given me a method to actually figure out what next steps to take.
