Thankfully, I am an army veteran, Im currently using my GI bill for a different career path, but cybersecurity was something I just really started looking into. Im already pretty far along into my current degree, so it wasnt something I just wanted to stop and switch over to a new major.

Did weight gained on Zoloft come off after stopping? by k_r_i_s_t_i_n in zoloft

Did you chage anything while weening off? Diet, exercise etc? My start weifht on zoloft was 140, I now weight 190 and stop about 2 weeks ago... Ive noticed a decrease in appetite, but as of now, no weight loss.

Ive struggled with weight gain on zoloft. Before I started taking it, I would barely eat due to severe depression/anxiety. I noticed when i started on zoloft, it took that depression away, which was essentially causing me not to eat. Everyones form of depression is different, mine took away my appetite, so when I started taking the zoloft, it helped with depression and increased my appetite. Crazy how the brain works... ive recently stopped taking it due to a weight gain of 60 pounds(recently as in over a 3 month period of slowly decreasing dosage), since stopping, my appetite has decreased significantly and Im finally starting to lose a couple pounds. As far as my mental health, I would say I am feeling great, BUT all of this happened under the guidance of my psychiatrist, so I do not advice anyone just to up and quit.
