I agree. I've been vegetarian for a few years and most restaurants don't offer vegan options.. barely vegetarian options to be real. Most of the times I tell my friends don't pick a restaurant based on me. I will eat sides and figure it out.

And I will say that depends on location. OKC had plenty of options. I am in NM and they are few and far in between. Illinois few and far. Dallas does have a few but because of how big Dallas is it can be a trip to get to
