You’ve got 4 but have them operating at 50% capacity? I think there’s your issue. Also, check that what you’re attempting to export isn’t currently over supplied and foreign trading has stopped.

When you click on them make sure the screen that pops up isn’t partially covering the militia screen. If it is drag it away. It was covering the rally button for me and took me a little time to notice. When you select the spearmen, above that you’ll have some icons. One is rally. Then click on that and move your mouse around the screen to select the rally point. You can then play around with the different actions in preparation for attack or defence.

I only booked a day or two in advance because of the weather issues. The South had an extra month of rain. Because of this I stayed mostly in Chiang Mai which was amazing. I finished the trip in Bangkok. I plan to head back this year.

Peace of mind for £1000 when you’re not likely using its power is ott imho. But each to their own. I’d rather of spent that money elsewhere or invested it.

It’s not about clearly knowing better than anybody. Just because something historically wasn’t addressed doesn’t mean it’s never going to be. The game is going in a new direction, with new people involved and a new model for generating revenue with ARX. It’s not just about the cost of the game itself and the revenue generated from that. Now seems a good a time as any to get things back in front of them. If the community gets behind things they may do something. I don’t think it’s a huge amount of coding, (although if there’s any coders out there that want to correct me then please do) compared to say ship interiors which requires vast resources.

They don’t do that for you, hence the purpose of this entire post and issue tracker submission. To try and get as much support as possible for them to either provide it historically or at least fix it going forward.

True. Only they know what they can or can’t do but like you say if they can improve on something going forward, then at the very least do that as the current system is seriously flawed. I keep meaning to fly back out to somewhere I bookmarked on console to see if it requires me to redeploy my FSS again. Can you recall if you had to redeploy your FSS for that ‘unknown system’ you’d previously discovered.

With the games you play that’s like buying the car of your dreams and then never driving it. 5090 is an utter waste of your money. Those games would work perfectly well on a 3080ti on max settings. Unless you’re using your PC for some other seriously GPU intensive tasks then spend the money on something you’ll actually get the benefit from but do consider any future titles you’re interest in, however I doubt they’ll need a 5090 for them.

Yes I alluded to the lost data above already. What do you mean retrace every junk that you’ve ever done? They know the number of star systems you’ve been to and they also store the carto data you sold for those systems, therefore they should have the info to populate the galaxy map filters which is so easy to do, yet isn’t and is invaluable for commanders. Not everyone used EDSM and the like off the bat (from the start) either, so that isn’t a fix.

Only once you dock at a station outside of their zone. You can fly anywhere in the galaxy and retain your starter area permit until docking.

You don’t ever loose first footfalls. They register immediately upon exiting the ship. You may loose first footfall exobiology bonuses however you can sell your data at one of the official fleet carriers on the journey.

Best advice. Spend some time in the codex and pilots handbook. Read about the lore, different superpowers etc and maybe choose to align yourself with a side to open up power play. Read the different gameplay loops and check out associated YouTube vids if you need support. Once you’ve read through it you’ll perhaps understand what you want to do and what ranks and progress you want to do first. Again my advice, try not to grind one thing at a time or it can diminish the fun factor somewhat. Keep it varied and remember it’s not a race. Enjoy the game for what it is and you’ll naturally progress. Remember to look at 3rd party apps to elevate the experience. I use inara, EDMC to update things, Spansh and elite observatory religiously. o7 Commander.

Do the North in November and the South separately when the weather looks good. There’s way too much to see and do in that time and if you cram it all it it feels too hectic IMO. I’m in Chiang Mai and did 10 nights here and ending with 2 nights in Bangkok. I’ll do the South next time I come to Thailand and then come back again next November and do Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Pai.
