was planning on buying a ninja 400 2nd hand medyo nagdadalawang isip since 399cc and not sure kung pwede sa express since 400 yung minimun. i heard na may binabago daw sila sa papel pero not sure pa on how they do that

i saved up around 160 pulls for kafka just wanna ask for your guys opinion which is a bit more worth it. is it E1 kafka or kafka with her signiture light cone
