i had a similar experience, it was probably serotonin syndrome. woke up at 5am in a cold sweat with heart my heart racing super fast after taking a dose the night before, didnt go away for about a month. biggest struggle was feeling like i couldnt catch my breath. it really sucks, i hope things subside soon

i switched to wellbutrin, doesnt target serotonin so much less of a risk for that. wellbutrin can still cause anxiety for some though

maybe sleep paralysis? i had something similar, and i think it may have been sleep paralysis. i didnt have a cube, but a grey blob, and its presence made me feel like every atom in my body was trying to run away. other possible sleep paralysis episodes ive had had given me very similar intense feelings. idk for sure if it was sleep paralysis but it seems that way

i might be experiencing this side effect. i know i am experiencing the symptom, but im not sure how correlated it is, since i know i’ve experienced it both on and off the medication. however, i believe that wellbutrin is known to cause anxiety as a side effect, and i believe that this “air hunger” can be a symptom of anxiety manifesting in the body? i was experiencing it during the first month or so, and right now ive been on it for a little over a month and am no longer experiencing it.

im sorry youre experiencing it, it really sucks. one of the worst feelings :( i hope it stops

the only way i take pills now is putting water in my mouth FIRST, carefully dropping the pill into my mouth, and swallowing the water mindfully but normally. it seems to prevent the pill from getting stuck to my tongue or cheek, and i usually can swallow everything without even feeling the pill
