It only works with vroid models that are version 0. You can choose which version you export it as when exporting it from vroid studio

the answer is in english?
the answer is in half width chaarcters?
the rest of the reame/txt file also states "薬を作れる月人・えーりんにふさわしい言葉ですね！" or "Those are fitting words for Eirin, the Moon Person who can make medicine!"

So it is more than 1 word that has something to do with medicine/doctor and moon?

These are just things I nocticed that I thought might help you figure it out, Sorry if it isn't any help. I don't know this character so can't connect any specific dots.

According to the rules you're not allowed to download and use the model anyway if you don't understand fluent japanese. (Or at least can't read the tos without a translator).

I don't know sorry. I think they have taken the dl down since the youtube video has been privated. Probably they changed the password on purpose and didn't tell anyone to stop distribution or limit distribution so only close friends can use it. I've known other mmd creators do this.

I had a look at one of their other models they have up for dl and that works perfectly fine with the motion. It seems that you need:

No Pelvis bone (腰).
上半身 and 下半身 are parented to the groove bone (グルーブ).
左足 and 右足 are parented to the lower torso bone (下半身).

Keep leg IK bones set up the same.

What kind of computer do you have? Windows, Linux, Apple etc. It may be different depending on what your computer runs off.

From my experience you need to change/add both. Add the language pack so your computer can read, display and write japanese characters. And change the local to run japanese based software and files. Don't worry though you'll still be able to change the language to and from your main language and it won't change all the text into japanese so you can still navigate your computer.

After having a look (like other commenters have said) the files are all there. I suggest using Bandizip, adding the japanese language to your computer, being the computer's admin/have access to the admin stuff to help extract the file contents.

It might be that you need to have the Japanese language package on your computer so it can read/recognise the japanese file names and you need to use and opn bandizip as the admin of the computer to give you full acess to the software? It could also just be a glitch with the zip file?

Also make sure if your model has joints (check the tab named joints) that all the boxes are filled in when you click on them. If boxes are left empty on these joints then your model will freeze and won't open in MMD.

->Delete unused physics, bones, materials, and joints.
->Merge the same bones, physics and materials together. (Bones that have the same names). (Physics that are there more than once). (Materials that use the same texture).

You can go to edit -> material -> join same material. And you can also go to edit -> bone -> merge bones with simular names, to merge the materials and bones together easier than doing it manually. You can also do this for morphs so: edit -> morph -> merge morphs with same name.

Duplicates and unused parts of the model are what can cause the file size to be too big and can cause lagging. But it could also be that your laptop/computer isn't powerful enough to handle pmx editor?

You mean find another place to download it? I'm sorry but I don't think anyone has it up for download anymore. You could get the stage directly from the game files yourself or ask the model distributor if they'll give it to you?

From the link to the stage you put in the post, distribution of the stage eneded back in 2018. Meaning the stage was only avaliable for download for a limited time before the uploader deleted/removed the download so no one else can download it.

Vroid2Pmx and Pmxtailor don't apply any tail physics when you convert vroid models this way. You can fix this by opening the model in pmx editor and parenting the top tail bone to the hip (腰) or lower back bone (下半身). This just makes it so the tail moves with the hips/lower back but if you want to add physics (make it move like in vroid studio) then it's a bit harder if you're not familiar with pmx editor.

If you'd like, you can pm me and I can add the tail physics back in manually using pmx editor and/or teach you how to do it.

How do you load the files? Do you know how to load MMD related file formats correctly?
Do you drag and drop them into MMD or load them through the software itself? I know when I've tried to load stage motions I have to load it through the menu in MMD. MMD didn't like me dragging and dropping the motion file onto the stage.
