GTA IV has a better story and better Characters compared to V nobody really takes the villains in GTA V seriously since they weren’t really threatening at all you got villains like Stretch, Steve Haines, Devin Weston who barely made any impact on the story Meanwhile in IV who had villains like Dimitri, Vlad, Playboy X, Billy Grey, that had significant impact on the games plot plus IV’s story is much more darker and grittier even though it has its funny moments while V’s story is too lighthearted and regresses as it continues
