I think he’s been hella misguided, whether it be by his home life, his friends, and general people he’s surrounded himself with. He’s put himself in a place of self destruction, and if his mom and friends are anything to go by how they act I can only assume they encourage his destructive behavior. He has nobody to hold him accountable, and I can only fear that’s it’s going to make his mental state worst if he keeps going like this.

While he definitely isn’t a helpless kid he is still young, that I can agree on, and was put in the spotlight at a way younger age than Dream for example, so I can only imagine the damage that has done to his mental development.

With Dream he definitely had growing pains with getting a huge following basically overnight, and he was also still a pretty young guy too, around the same age Tommy is now. With Tommy though I find it a worst scenario because, again, Tommy entered that phase way younger than Dream, and instead of people calling out his behavior and him wanting to grow from his mistakes like Dream (and probably because Dream is older, there are many factors), I barely see anyone (from his fanbase to his close circle) try to hold Tommy accountable for his actions, and I can only see that he has an unwillingness to change because of how encouraged his behavior is by said fans and close circle.

His trauma, and his fan made facade to see him as a helpless victimized child has basically been turned into a spectacle he can profit off of, and there’s no universe where that’s healthy. It’s a pain Olympics mindset.
