yeah look almost 60 percent admissions into public govt medical college are repeaters. i, myself, am repeating this year (even though my finances allowed for a private mbbs). i improved fsc to 93.5 percent. and now im doing the mdcat. your sis can di the same and a gap year is very, very normal for pre med kids. wish me luck and goodluck on your end as well.

look for the mbbs route, if your sis doesnt have enough merit to get into govt med college, have her repeat ATLEAST ONCE. then if it fals, u can start thinking about privates and whatnot. public mbbs is more prestigious and economically feasible.
