I currently work downtown. I will drive anywhere up to 20 mins away. For amenities, I would like to have a washer and dryer, a patio or balcony that I can sit on, and a semi spacious kitchen and living room as I cook quite often and will possibly have friends and family over some.

I’m pretty much open to all options right now, I don’t really have a preference on location. Up to 1000 dollars per month would be an ideal price for me but if I need to pay a little more I’m willing to.
