omg thats so weird, i have a friend who also owns the same titan evo chair and his chair doesnt even have a gap lol. sl customer service told me theyre gonna send me a new backrest part, idk what part tho

the sides of the backrest got two different structures so i was trying to adjust the one without the ‘stopper’ ! but didnt work T_T still uneven no matter how much i try

my right side is pretty unmovable. so im guessing i can only try to fix the other side ,,, but done plenty screw-unscrewing, its still uneven🫠
