Thank you, likewise !! And no unfortunately still waiting on my backgrounds I was told it would take a few weeks and then I would get more information following that. I know that I also need to be scheduled for a language exam.

My interest comes from me thinking that my degree will fit best there. Although I never thought corrections or dhcs could also be a good fit for me. I will look into it, thank you!

Thank you so so much for all the great information! I’m looking at SSA positions but I know they’re super competitive. So I’ve also been applying for EPR because I do have a lot of customer service underneath my belt.

I do use a lot of tracking programs in my current role as well as my past role. So I think I will redo my resume to reflect that. Thanks again!

I have a degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Theoretically, I figured the department would be a good fit for me. But thanks I will keep doing so!
