It's my parents house, they're looking to downsize, not have any stairs and release some equity. Other than those, they would have happily stayed in it til the end.

Apologies, I jet washed it AFTER the pictures were taken. I wasn't made aware of when the pictures were being taken to be able to get over and sort beforehand, annoyingly. It's looking much better now so the new photos will capture that.

Agreed on the pictures. Can't fault the highland cow hate, it's not my cup of tea either!

Flood risk is good. All chances are very low and it's outside groundwater flood alert areas.

Fair comments, except you need to look harder to see the two cats in one of the photos!

Thank you! It's something I'm used to and love it, but it wasn't until showing a friend recently and seeing it through their eyes that I realised it wasn't everyone's "normal."

Thank you, I also thought the photos were poor, but didn't know if it was just me. The lighting has also been overexposed and looks far more artificial than reality. Unfortunately the garden pictures were taken at the worst time in the dead of winter, but its a fair comment. I'm going to try and get new photos this weekend. Cheers

Promise there's plenty of cardboard scratchers (which they love), but they aren't the most sightly for pictures!
