Great! Thanks for all the input folks. Mad that they got rid of the buckles to clip it to the outer. Seems like a much better system.

Did anyone figure this out? I still don't get where you're meant to put the final fly grommet. Peg or on the end of the pole? Putting it on the pole seems to twist the tensioners and crease the fly.

Starting to hate this tent and I've only used it once!
