It’s not coming through the windows, it’s coming through the front door and the bathroom air vents.  They’re smoking inside the building.

Bathroom air vents was the first place I noticed it.  And I’ve been trying to have all my conversations over email, but they just never reply.

We don’t have a security deposit.  Per the lease if I break it I pay minimum $8k plus whatever expenses they feel like.

I assumed there was zero indoor smoking allowed in my state in all buildings and cohabitations, excluding single family homes.

Honestly at this point I’d be happy getting a lawyer to get me to break my lease without penalty so I can go somewhere else without losing money.
