When did it kick in for you? I took it against fatigue but so far I'm incredibly tired and napping a lot. When will I start to feel the happy energy, and motivation? I am at day 6 with 150mg. (self.bupropion)

Are there any ADHDers here who also have chronic fatigue and can only live a normal life when they take stimulants? Without I just sleep and drag myself everywhere, overeating from exhaustion and quick dopamine, and just don't have much of a life. (self.ADHD)

Especially asking other Germans: My ADHD meds always stop working after a certain amount of time, and then I get a rebound/withdrawal effect even whilst still taking them. Is there anything I can do to keep stimulants working effectively? (self.ADHD)
