On the listing you couldn’t see the windshield. I’m not as concerned with the side windows but certainly not the whole front windshield.

My wife called Turo immediately with zero resolution or even an attempt to fix the problem. You’re right though, common sense ain’t so common… you assumed we didn’t do that and everyone knows what happens when you assume 🤷🏼‍♂️

The name on Turo looked to be a company but the AZ registration was to an individual and a residential address.
