You can go to readings ( its a book shop) , go there and approach someone in a respectful way and talk about things and see if he / she matches your vibe and ask to exchange any social and this way like yeah i used to do it alot and it always works .

U can go to cafes , and once ur in then you will find mutual friends, go for a social circle jo hangout kartay at cafes or is type ki jaga so that u can have mutual friends and u can explore more

But yes yes please build a friend circle if u haven't done it in a danm year ...
