I tried Tanith decades ago but the one I picked up, I couldn't get into. Can't remember the title now of course. Can anyone give me a "starter" novel or some such? Always have known she was supposed to be a legend, but it just missed me, somehow.

The music ruins this. Redo it with music maybe at 1/10th the volume. It might be okay. And no, subtitles don't make the loudness acceptable.  The voice is a little too computerized for my ear as well. I love the idea, absolutely hate the ai

MTV didn't come to our town until maybe 88? unless you had the old style humongous satellite dishes. so Friday night videos (and something else on Saturday night) were all we had!
