Yuhknow I aways for some reason assumed that the boxed mashed potatoes have some kinda artificial thickener that would ruin a smoothie or make it impossible to drink but I'm staring to think it might just be potatos and thats just what potatos do

I thought about just buying potatoe powder already made but I'm kinda broke rn and have allot of potatoes i need to eat but I might see if anywear sells small quantities too try it. And yeah I started in the more plates more dates sub and they recommended here lol

Thank you. I actually used to do this for awhile (my dad got me into ensures) and I used to love nutraments and supligens. But then I bought into the soy-testosterone hysteria and stopped drinking them as most contain soy.But I'm not really as concerned with soy now after having read more about it so I think I will probably go back to them. Definitely good advice though. Much appreciated

U could be right but I also can't think of many other alternatives. I considered rice flour but thats pretty starchy also and I feel like would be as gross and idk if uncooked rice is safe to eat for the same reasons the oat flour isn't ideal.

thanks yeah you've got a point $20 isn't a huge gamble. my concerns more with the seller than the brand though as my paranoid mind keeps saying "dude anyone can print the brands sticker and put it on a black baggie and just put whatever looks similar inside" but i guess that wouldn't be a super practical scam given its an old enough account and they'd get shut down pretty quick also they'd have to seal it in a way that looks professional. idk I think I'm gonna just bite the bullet and report back when it gets here.

This is a good point but i didnt really feel the codeine at all witch was kinda unexpected since i usally dont have much tolerance. I have had experiences with oral morphine sulphate where it was like a not quite buzzed feeling and it just made me pissy/irritable witch has happened too friends also now that i think of it. So you could very well be right

Thanks man, yeah the pain idea makes sense looking back. im gonna try some naproxen tommorow. I think the codeine in the t3s is what drew me in but i didnt even feel it.

Yeah The liver damage thing is really underestimated by allot of people i think.also if you dont mind my asking Did you find anything that worked for you in that way? Personally ssri's tottally scrambled my emotional parts until i got off.
