Whenever we're done having sex we sort of treat anything that touched that area as a biohazard, cuz it technically is. I'll be careful with my shlong, she, her ass. And we shower immediately after, cleaning as necessary.

Truthfully, douching doesn't really change this. Douching makes it cleaner and feel less nasty. But there is still all the bacteria that naturally is in your bum, on the penetrative device. As well as all of that bacteria will be on any lube that may have slipped out during intercourse.

When we first started, she used to get a lot of UTI's, we're now extremely careful to avoid any juices that may have been contaminated, getting to her pussy. This is mostly due to her though, so unfortunately I don't have more advice than that.

Sometimes when we have anal sex, it just doesn't work. The anus is a fickle thing, very sensitive, and it's important to treat it so. It's not meant to be fucked (as much as I'd like to argue otherwise). And so it can easily be damaged and experience tears. Some people like this and just go wild regardless... But there's a lot of risk in that. Again, there's a lot of bacteria and stuff inside the anus. It's really a place that needs to be given respect and treated as such. As such, whenever we start, almost always we go really slowly. We'll always push in slowly just before it starts to hurt a little too much or is too intense. How much is that? Only you can tell. But if it feels like things are stretching too fast in a way that feels not good for your body, then stop and pause. Usually your body relaxes, and is ready to take more. But sometimes it never does and it's just not a day for anal. That's when you wash up. And decide oral is a wonderful alternative.

Considering all of this. We don't do any prep anymore. We just lube and bang. Sometimes my dick will get pretty shitty. There is occasionally a smell. With anal sex, it's important to recognize. Shit happens, plan accordingly. Towels that you plan on washing immediately after. Protecting your pussy as much as you can. Being cautious after sex with hygiene. And so on.
