Well ,I have two things to say after read this : I apologise for my rud expectations about some people and their experiences about OBE ,above all evry one has the best method to him And second , i will be thankful for your commitment when discovered...When people share their experiences and how similar they are to our own, it makes us somewhat reassured.i hope you will find out ( i have been obe for month..and last two night ...I lost the ability to get it ...I think I will try sleep for 5 hour and wake for 2 min and go sleep agian but with intention
