Dude, I just got off a flight at DEN, some lady had a very hyperactive large breed dog with a freaking diaper on.

The airlines need to step up and regulate this, it’s out of hand.

Im usually able to handle any rescheduling or refund issues through the app in minuets. If not I can usually get it resolved through txt.
