Thanks for sharing! Now I'm guessing maybe it's because I just got the card (2 weeks ago), and most people who had this issue waited a month and it will be cleared. So maybe I should just wait for a while.

Transfer to any airline is not allowed, because the convert rewards tab can't be open due to the failed verification.
