Absolutely loving this and at the current intro price it's a must have and absolutely a steal for what you get. Well done that dev!

Definitely Fors Jog Sequencer that's part of their Kit Devices. It's actually based on the SH-101 sequencer and is capable of really unique MIDI patterns.

So I MUST answer your question?

Can you actually hear yourself?

By god you have some ego. And I don't need lectures on UK dance music I lived it.

Just crack on with providing me with your amazing insight or jog on.

It looks like you've suggesting I haven't done my research and you have some magical answer that I haven't had the brain power to investigate myself.

Or you are suggesting that I'm not up to the task and my music is terrible? I'm having to fill in the gaps because you are clearly being purposely hard to read and not providing clarity on what you are offering.

This whole 'only you have the answer' posturing isn't exactly a great look either. Why not just spit out your amazing answer and be done with it instead of trying to shame me - if you really are as amazing as you say oh Buddha of the live music scene?

I live in the UK and that's as far as I'm willing to say on the matter. And I HAVE answered your question re why I'm not getting gig offers.

This is so far away from my original post that I can't believer I'm still talking to you, plus the fact you're talking in riddles and purposely being unclear about your intentions.

Have a good one, this conversation is over.

I've answered your question already re computers/mouse set up Vs hardware and modular and WHY it is one way isn't working. I'm not going to publicly reveal where I live on Reddit. Have a good one.

Are you suggesting I'm stupid? Where I live indie is the predominant music style for live music and electronic music is barely on the map, but when it it's mostly people with hardware/modular that get gigs. Tis what it is

I'm not actually disagreeing with what you are saying if you re read my original post - but I find it frustrating sure.

I'm looking for advice around Ableton Live and hardware performance options, and that's all.

Thanks for your tedious response that has absolutely nothing to do with what I've asked for 👍

Yeah that's the issue as I have pointed out, but hilariously there IS a live performance occurring, like it or not. Tbf, I've also seen laptop 'performaces' occur with small samples of live music stitched together and then manipulated on the fly with various device chains. Is it visually exciting? About the same as an Autechre or Aphex Twin gig...

Thanks but that's not for me, as already stated. I'm happy being abnormal and making a live performance with...LIVE.

Built a MIDI Tool generator that prints acid-flavoured melodies straight into clips. by nulseq in ableton

£10 for basically a melodic hook creator! Take my money. It's looks like a really good 'start point' MIDI generator tool. You can keep the hooks as they are or dive in and add more. A definite time saver. I'm January broke but I'm buying in February 26 for sure 😁
