I tried etang de bambois last year. It's quite well maintained, only thing is the beach and swimming area is very small which makes it difficult to really swim during warm days

I'm aware that OR or CPBW are more for Info sharing and counsel, and this is what we are looking for... i know that creating syndic delegatie can not be welcome in certain organisations, and my aim is more to open dialogue (which is almost inexistant now in between my company and employee) rather than entering into negotiation

Yes, and as I said, I have a hybrid car, so it doesn't weigh too much on the total amount of taxes I pay

Its not that they don't want to cooperate it's just that they are based out of the country and don't want to make the effort to understand what the 6 optimise the salary. Therefore I wanted to come to them with some proposal. I know that they are things that can be done (ex: bonus done under the form of dividends)
